Getting Started

Make a request to https://residential.limeproxies.com using a residential proxy from a random location through our backconnect entry. Replace USERNAME and PASSWORD with your proxy user credentials. Keep in mind that each request returns a new IP address as Limeproxies Residential Proxies rotate automatically.

Our Residential Proxies support HTTP, HTTPS, and SOCKS5 protocols.

Proxy hostname: residential.limeproxies.com

port: 7676 (for http) 7675 (for socks)

Please bear in mind that the more precise your filter settings, the fewer proxies will be accessible for your personal usage within the pool.

Switch Locations: Now make a request using a proxy from France. All you need to do is add cc-FR to your username string.

Static IP: If you need to keep the same proxy for more than one request, use a session control. Add sessid-abc12345 to your username string, where abc12345 can be any random string, and as long as you keep sending requests with this string (session ID), you will get the same proxy IP.

This is a connection string comprising various parameters, enabling you to control the geographical location of the proxies

Query parameters

Highlighted parameters are mandatory. We support all countries, states (except the State of Texas, US), cities, but do not guarantee to have an active proxies there.

sessionId	The session Id allows to keep the same IP during several requests. It is a list of random characters that you must generate (A-Za-z0-9).	When a session is initiated with specific parameters, it gets bound to a proxy. After this binding, any changes or additions to the parameters won't affect the proxy linked to that session.
sessionMaxDuration	A int value representing the session maximum duration in minutes. Range : [1 - 120]	-

*The parameters have a priority level that defines the sequence in which our systems read them. **Note that we do not have any proxy in the state of Texas.
